Cancellation Policy

Consultation Booking Policy Consultation Requirement Consultations are designed for healthcare professionals who would like professional guidance regarding the Florida medical licensure process. During the session, we review your background, discuss potential licensure pathways, and provide procedural insight into application requirements. Please note that individual licensing insight is provided only through scheduled consultations. Consultation Fees & Hourly Rate Consultation services are billed at an hourly rate, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. The consultation fee covers the reserved time for your session and the professional advisory services provided during that appointment. Additional consultation time beyond the originally scheduled session may be billed accordingly. Appointment Confirmation Consultations are confirmed once payment and booking are completed through our scheduling system. A confirmation email will be sent with your appointment details and instructions for the session. Rescheduling Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per consultation appointment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time using the link provided in the confirmation email. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated, and additional rescheduling may require a new booking. Cancellation & Refund Policy All consultation fees are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been booked, the reserved time is held specifically for that client. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may use your one permitted reschedule within the allowed timeframe. Late Arrivals Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their consultation shortened or may need to reschedule depending on availability.
